Long lines as their computer system was acting clumsey. Actually, the problem was the checkout workflow which requires the clerk to ask you if you want to make a charitable donation which you must answer yes or no BEFORE inserting your chip credit card. If a customer inserts a credit card before answering that question, the card has to be removed, the question answered, and then the card re-inserted to process the payment.

Love this Ace... when you can't find something, you usually can get it at Ace Hardware. People are friendly and helpful!
