The biggest mistake I ever mad was to go to this place. Find a real doctor to help you so STAY AWAY from this place unless you wanna waist your money and time.

The first 4 reviews of this place make no sense after doing a little on-line research. I went for an initial consultation today, and they are friendly, when they don't yet have your money. They were also very evasive when I was asking direct questions about their pricing - "we're getting to that" - I was repeatedly told. The cost for me was less of an issue than the quality of the results, and their ability to make good on their promises - which, after reading hundreds of reviews from former clients across the country, they cannot. I also asked about their competition. Anyone who is proud of their products and/or services would be happy to tell a prospective client who their competition is, and be forthcoming about what they also offer. It is an immediate red flag when a company tries to hide from other competitors - it says their afraid of what you'll learn when you speak to them. So I went on-line and looked for other companies that do similar work, at a much lower cost. There aren't many out there, but the one company I did find was very transparent about what I could expect - their product wasn't meant to be a panacea for the concerns about my appearance, but they weren't making any grandiose promises about the results - unlike Hair Club. Then I read the reviews. Google wasn't helpful, but the BBB website contains a few scathing reviews, along with several other consumer-related sites that have literally hundreds of complaints about these people. "Rip-off", "Liars", "Cheats", "Unfriendly", "Unprofessional", "didn't return phone calls after the initial contract was signed - and most disturbing - simply horrible results. All of the complaints, without exception, talked about how these clients looked ridiculous after the procedure was complete, and nearly all went back multiple times to have the hair pieces adjusted, or re-styled - without success. The adhesive was reported as uncomfortable, the hair itself fell out soon after the first fitting, and they were embarrassed to show it to anyone. The cap pieces were reported as loose, and the style itself just wasn't what they client thought they were getting. Apparently the staff turnover in stylists and office personnel is so high, they couldn't depend on some semblance of consistency in the repair work. Moreover, after these clients made several good faith attempts to work with Hair Club, they finally gave up and asked the company to refund their money, based on the language in the contract they signed. The company representatives made every attempt to avoid taking the calls or any attempt to satisfy the clients. The negative reviews were VERY consistent, and I don't see how some 300+ people would collude to make up similar stories. Bottom line: Know what you are getting, and for the money they are asking, it's woefully over-priced. Do your homework. Don't go here. Avoid it all costs. I'm glad I did my research before signing up to be fleeced. I have no idea how the BBB gives this company anything but an "F" rating. They need to be forced out of business, or be forced to change their business practices, so potential clients aren't misled about what they can expect. I hope this helps someone before they have a bad experience.

That's not a place to go is better to find a professional doctor to do the right thing but they just steal your money they lie to you they know professional they don't tell you the process from the beginning they should tell the customers first time that they just glue the her and you!!!!!!!!!

The staff at HCMW are the best. From the minute you arrive until the minute you leave, you are treated with courtesy and respect. The office is great too, very clean, not to mention the free coffee, popcorn, and other treats to enjoy while you are there.

The staff at HCMW are the greatest in the world. I used to dread going but now, I actually look forward to the monthly visits. Everybody is friendly, no rush and they always have refreshments on hand! HCMW of Bloomington is an A+!!
