Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota

I have been a client at HRI for almost a year now and still loyal! I was nervous to ask anyone for advice about my hair, but so glad I found a place where talking about such a delicate topic was easier. The consultant took his time in listening to my concerns/needs and was able to empathize with me while giving his best recommendations. The atmosphere is inviting, setting up appointments that fit my schedule has been flexible and staff is genuinely eager to help! All so very knowledgeable in products/what they do!

I have been a client of Vern Cole and Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota for over 20 years. I originally was a client of Hair Club for Men not really happy with service and the way I was treated, before being referred to Vern. I have been a friend and client ever since. I have been with him when it was just him and one employee. Service has always been great and the staff cares about you. I am probably one of his oldest (age) and clients. If you want to look and feel better about yourself, this is the place to go, you will not regret it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst service ever! The sons owner got really annoyed with the fact that I didn't said yes to buying his product! He told me"you are wasting my time" .

After 6 months of treatment and $ 4600 dollars and with zero percent of results. I feel cheated. Dr. Vern Cole told me that he will email me the before and after photos but never did. If you thinking about doing any service here will be the same as throwing your money in the trash.

The woman who checked my hair only wanted to sell their shmpoo stuff to me. No patient at all. She treated me like a fool. I was very disappointed. She end up sold shampoo and other stuff with a bottle of "herb" tablet. It turned out to be something not good for man. It is the "HRI Scripts Complete" anti-androgenetic (DHT blocking). If you google it you will find DHT blocking is not a good thing for man. The woman did not mention any of the possible side effecto to me. She just want to trick me to buy their product. She is not responsible at all. Be careful about HRI!
