I had a fantastic experience at Hairrari getting my hair color retouched. Noah did an amazing job lifting the roots and bleaching my hair evenly. Since my hair was already dry, they took care to protect the ends while removing bleach in the necessary areas. The environment at Hairrari is comforting and inclusive, with friendly staff and a cool decor. The products used smelled great, and I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend it and plan to return!
Just got a cut from Steve @ Hairrari. Dude was amazing. Took the time to listen to what I wanted, talked through options with me, and then gave me a killer cut. Flawless cut. Then went above and beyond to work out a plan on how to do follow up cuts to grow my hair into the style I want. Great dude who is amazing at what he does and actually cares about his clients looking their best.
First time at Hairrari with Steve Kim, and left happy! Showed Steve a photo of what I wanted reshaping my pixie cut, talked about what he could do, and checked in to make sure things were feeling good. Great value for short hair upkeep!ServicesRazor cut, Hair shape up
I got my hair done by Noah, a stylist just starting out his journey at Hairrari. He was able to consult me on what style could be achieved on my hair type and helping my indecisive self decide what I wanted while also giving me full ownership of what I wanted done to my hair! It was a pleasure to sit in his chair and I felt super taken care of and couldn’t be happier with the ‘baby’ shag he created on my fine, thin curly hair which looks fuller and healthier than it has for a second : Fr feeling like a main character
I usually go to the closest and most affordable barber near me but as I have a special occasion I thought I would try something more “serious” so came here after hearing good things. Considering I had never met the hair dresser before it was an amazing experience. She was professional and gave me one of the better cuts I have ever had. The space is very inclusive and real value and will be coming back again! Thank you very much! Note: can’t remember the name of my hair dresser but they were Italian and wonderful!
Had a really awesome haircut by Steve, who was warm, friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. I’m growing my hair out and he game me great tips while cleaning up the shape so that it grows optimally. Highly recommend Steve for all your haircut and barber needs.
Added before and after photos. Reply to owner: Thx for sharing your POV. However, all discussion was made BEFORE the undercut even started. If none of these were possible why didn't he say something instead of "I like it." and mentioned "disconnect"? Also, pls see pic 2 pinks, 1 red. Multiple do have undercuts. As I said in the salon, I showed multiple styles because I don't know what will work. So it's an open discussion with the professionals. Also, most importantly, AGAIN, I told him I had been growing the sides for months so that the sides of the undercut can be on the same level and that the undercut was VERY important to me. Why would I grow them for months just so you can shave it all off? You are the professional, if you have questions, why don't you ask? I was there for almost 2 hrs. Original: The owner, Magda, and the reception people are very nice. I appreciated Magda waiving the cost and stepping up to damage control. WARNING: Do NOT let this person, Victor, touch your hair. I walked out with a prison hair cut almost a buzz cut with a patch of hair on the apex and front of my head sticking up and both sides and back shaved that I never asked for and thoughts of un.alive myself. NOTE: I walked in with an overgrown undercut and a thick ponytail down to my shoulders see pic. The more I think about it, the more this person's behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Short points. Long story follow 1. Ignored my request completely but say "yes", "sure", "ok" as I am telling him what I'm looking for and showed him pictures asking his professional opinion. Which is truly laughable in retrospect 2. Kept on cutting and shaving when he knew he messed up instead of communicating. 3. Blame my hair texture, finding excuses, and this is a misunderstanding/ miscommunication, with maybe 1 half-hearted apology if there was any after I noticed the cut is waaaaay off and there is no hair at the back of my head. Long story: Beginning was all great. He asked what i want. I told him EXPLICITLY that my no.1 priority is to even the left and right side of my undercut. And I had been growing for months so that the shorter side would have length to be kept which would make the dividing easier. He said ok, np. And then I said im also looking for thinning as my hair r thick, heavy, and stubborn. Then , I said, EXPLICITLY, if he feels comfortable, and only if he feels comfortable, I asked at least 3 times, and it is if only he feels comfortable, then I'm also hoping to have a new short hair style. NOYE: I walked in with a thick pony tail down to my shoulders. He said "yes" very firmly. I showed him the pics see pic and asked for his opinions and pointed out, EXPLICITLY, for the red hair, it only showed the back. He reassure me and said he will give me a bang of the length to the eyebrow. Hair cut started. He kept the hair I grew when he was fixing the undercut. Then he moved on to the style. I closed my eyes when he worked on the bang. I peeked and I saw the eyebrows length bang. So I closed my eyes again. I don't like ppl watching me work so I always try to give people space as well. It took at least 30min. My rear end starting to hurt. I peeked here and there but my hair was wet and I couldn't see the back or the sides. And he kept saying "almost done." So I thought everything was OK. But it was taking a long time and I could tell he kept on cutting, hair small chunks of hair kept falling, which didn't feel right. I eventually asked him to show me the back, and thats when I found out there was no more undercut. My entire back and sides are gone. The part I specifically grew for months and asked him to save, is gone. I was horrified but I'm trying my best to hold my composure. When I pointed out this was waaaaaay too short, his first reason was to ask me to show the pictures again. Then he said, when he started cutting, my hair is sti.......... Words limits. Please see pic for the rest of the review. I hope one day I can come back and change this rating. But right now, I hate this so much.
Came here for the first time last night and got my hair cut by Steve Kim, he did a fantastic job! He executed what I asked for perfectly. Would def recommend him!
All of the people were really friendly and it was a great experience except for the actual haircut itself. I went in with pretty big curly hair and asked for only a small cut with pictures of exactly what I wanted. They ended up cutting my hair extremely short to the point that it’s not long enough to curl anymore. Unfortunately I was very disappointed to lose the part of my hair I care about the most and now it will take weeks to grow back. Would not recommend if you have thick curly hair.
Got my haircut by Steve Kim and he absolutely killed it!! I got a razor cut bob that really accentuates the texture in my thick hair. I appreciated how he checked in throughout the cut and periodically asked if I was okay with the length and shape. He was super fast as well, and a great conversationalist. Highly recommend!ServicesHaircut
