Leased a new vehicle from Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Virginia Beach last night. I walked in unsure if I would buy new/lease/or go with used. Alberto Espinola did an amazing job selling us our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. From the moment we entered the car lot, he assisted & listened to us with our concerns. Once he learned my fiancé was looking to upgrade her vehicle, he focused on her. We’ve been to other dealerships where the salesperson would rather talk to the man. This wasn’t the case with Mr. Espinola. Mr. Espinola was very professional & friendly. We’d buy another vehicle from him in the future. Outstanding service. Phil Causey in the service department did a great job keeping me in the loop throughout the process of my inspection/service. He was even able to get Jeep to help out with a few issues that I did not think were going to be covered by my warranty. 5-star service is hard to find these days, and Phil exceeded all expectations. I bought my Jeep from another dealer while I was living out of state, but when I am ready to trade, Hall VB will be first in-line for my business.

Eric Osborne assisted me with trading in my Silverado 3500 Duramax for a 1500 LTZ they had on the lot and the experience couldn't have been easier. He was courteous, professional, and not pushy at all. He even got me what I was looking for on my trade in and more! I came in to get options about the different brands of trucks and cars before buying. I had the shock of my life. My exes wife Nicci worked there. She kept giving me dirty laundry looks. As well as the other employees surrounding her. As if I was homeless. Other than Barry the down to earth humble knowledgeable person in the place. Barry was to himself. He followed up and keep looking for others options after I left. The manager that called me James was nasty in his arrogance. He is the reason. I bought a Lincoln SUV from Cavalier.
