I went for an oil change and they reviewed the entire car gave me recommendations. They were not pushy to try and give me to purchase additional products. I certainly appreciate the workmanship and the ethics of the entire staff.Service: Oil change

Awesome experience. Will and his team were so helpful. I arrived in a fluster with an unknown oil leak. They had me in the bay, car checked out, oil and filter changed in less than 15 minutes. They also knocked $15 off for good measure.

My Husband and I were on a trip over an hour away from home and my tire pressure sensor light was on. Fortunately we spotted the Jiffy Lube 3292 VA Beach Blvd, VA Beach, VA 23452. They were 10 minutes from closing but were not rushing us at all. They checked all our tires and filled them up with air. They were so professional and friendly. The manager, Nicky, and her team were awesome! My left front headlight also happened to be out..good grief. Nicky said they replace headlights and probably had ours in stock. I told her we were staying at the hotel down the street overnight and would be back to fix the light. They didn't charge us for the air pressure check and fill, so nice! We returned the next day and they fixed my headlight. I also went on and got my oil changed. Nicky and all the employees on both days were exceptional! We'll be back if we're ever there again!!

Billy and Willie hooked me up big time - I came in on a real time crunch the other a.m. with what I thought was a flat tire; they dropped what they were doing and quickly determined that it was a bad valve stem instead. They fixed it up, threw the tire on my car, and got me out of there and back on the road in no time. I barely missed two hrs of work. I had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly and it didn't take long at all to have the oil changed & new wiper blades. I even got a little vacuum job. Next oil change, this is where I'm going!!
