I honestly wish I could give this experience more than 5 stars! Compared to other dealerships, the whole staff at Hall Honda was very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I worked with Blake to purchase my 2020 Accord, and he was absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgeable about the car and was ready to answer any questions I had to make me feel comfortable. Working with the staff here to come to a decision on purchasing the car was extremely pleasant as well. I would highly recommend this dealership for any car purchase. Ask for Blake and you won’t be disappointed!

This dealership has some of the best employees. My family has bought from them for years now. This time was my first time buying my own car. Not only did I buy a new car I traded in mine. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to help my husband and me than Youssef. He was super helpful, knowledge, and patient. He made everything so easy. Will definitely continue to take my business here with these guys! I promise if you ask for Youssef you WILL NOT be disappointed.

On our lovely Virginia Beach vacation week our van took a turn in the wrong path. After sitting in a parking lot the alternator stopped working and then the computers drained the battery. After getting a boost and on our way we soon realized none of the electrical was working and the vehicle would not shift out of 1st gear. We then realized we would need a tow to Hall Honda, after waiting for over 3 hours we got to Honda and they were nothing but amazing! We would like to thank Richard for all his help as well as the tech who helped us get back on the road in a timely manner. Thank you to the Hall team you guys rock!!

I am in town on vacation and experienced severe issues with my Accord on my way over here from Ohio. Only here for a few days I was extremely nervous to drive the car back home through the mountains. So I called Hall yesterday to see if they could take a look at my car before I had to go back. From that very first call They were understanding, professional, kind, and even funny. They took my car in the next day today and fixed it for me in 6 hours. It was under warranty so I didn’t even have to pay them a dollar. Also, the check in process in service was amazing. I walked in and I was 15 minutes early, they said just pull the car and will check it in right now. Within five minutes I was out of there and they called me later this afternoon and told me the car was done and they fixed it no charge. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate it. Totally took stress off my mind for the rest of my vacation. I am very very impressed with this dealership and so thankful. And I’d like to give a shout out to Jeremy McCormack as he is the one who checked us in and took care of us and communicated with us very well. He is top-notch.

Honest service and terrific employees, especially Mike who acknowledged me when I walked in. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and took me around the lot to see all the cars that had the options I desired. Other car dealerships I've been to had salesmen push intensely on making a deal but at this dealership, I did not feel any pressure. I left after the showing and considered all my options and after a few days, I returned to make a deal with them. Respectful negotiations and in the end, I drove home with a beautiful new Honda.
