Hall Volkswagen

We had an amazing experience at Hall imports! I called one day inquiring and the very next day Ricardo had my Jetta ready with ALL of the extras that I asked for!! We live 35 miles away and there are closer dealers but because of the swiftness and ability to match all my needs it was definitely worth the drive!! Ricardo is extremely helpful and accommodating and we ended up with a great price and excellent service! Couldn't be happier :)

My wife and I walked the lot for a good 20-30 minutes without being greeted, went inside to request someone help us. We were greeted by a nice salesman, who allowed us to test drive 2 certified pre-owned cars, and who also interacted really well with my toddler son. We left for lunch and to do some research on some concerns we had about the car. Upon our return we discussed said concerns and made an offer based on them. We were promptly told that they don't negotiate on used cars; end of story. Perhaps Hall should inform used car prospects that prices are non-negotiable from the get-go. It would have saved my wife and I a ton of time. Especially considering other reviews here suggest otherwise.

Always a great experience at Hall! I’ve purchased 4 cars and recommended 3 close friends and all have walked out with the same excellent experience. Charlie and Scott provide outstanding customer service! When purchasing a car they are clear on pricing and make the paperwork a seamless.

Set up an appointment on Saturday and the cars I was looking at were already pulled up and ready for me to drive. Ricardo took care of me very well and was extremely informative and made my car buying process easy and stress free. He also worked with me on where I wanted to be with my monthly payment. Highly recommend! L

We just made our second purchase at Hall Imports (Volkswagen and Mazda) and are beyond satisfied with the service we received at Hall from Ricardo. We were so excited to see him when we walked in for the second car after spending the day checking out other dealerships. Ricardo is the best sales person we have worked with in Wisconsin and goes above and beyond to make sure you make an informed decision and get the best car--and best deal--they can manage. We really appreciate all of the work he has done for us, and highly recommend Hall Imports.
