New Berlin Tire & Auto

My car had an oil change and tire rotate at a very reasonable cost. I will go back and get my plates renewed today since they are open later then others. I also believe I have found my new go to since my other dealership closed. Its hard to find a good car place but I believe I found it.

I have gone to this establishment a few times for my daughters 2000 Jeep Wrangler and they were always friendly and fair --. Let me explain the events of next week which changed my perception Her wipers stopped working because the wiper motor went bad. She went in to get a quote and they wanted to charge her $350! Mind you - you can find the wiper motors online for $32-$99 and at Autozone for $99. To change the wiper motor it involves 5 screws and 6 bolts I found out and it took me a total of 45 minutes to complete the task. Their labor rate must be $200 per hour or they saw a 16 year old with car troubles! Do your homework like I did. Saved me over $300 and cost me 45 minutes of my Sunday. Update a day after my post -- Owner just called me after seeing my review and explained the situation in further detail. He spoke about a mistake that occurred and apologized that all options were not presented. He was very friendly and sincere in my opinion. If they would have completed the repair like I did - the cost would have been substantially less but still more than what it cost me. I am ok with that because they are not a charity, they have training costs for their skilled technicians and overhead. Thank you very much for the call and for caring so much about your customers and their opinions. You don't find that too often anymore

They do quality work at a fair price. They also take time to do the little extras that mean a lot to me to keep my vehicle running smoothly. High quality people make it as great as it is

For about a year I have been hearing noises from the rear of the car. The techs got on it and fixed it to perfection. It took a couple of tries but the crew wanted to make sure that the repair was to my satisfaction. I just picked up the car and you can't hear a noise any where, it's like my 2001 Buick Park Avenue was brand new again. GREAT JOB NEW BERLIN TIRE & AUTO! 5 STARS!
