Halloween Alley

Love this store! I look forward to going every year. I even bought there scary contacts to enhance my costume! I wish it was year round.

I went to your Windsor store today and purchased an item for 7.99. When I checked out I was charged for 8.99. I asked the cashier and she said no refunds or anything. All sales are final. She said some of the items were incorrectly labelled by staff. Some how this became my problem. Usually when a store incorrectly labels something and you're charged a difference that store will refund you the difference or give you the item for free. Instead they had their boss come talk to me. And he very insultingly said "here I'll do you one better. Since you've inconvenienced my staff so much and you OBVIOUSLY need the dollar -I'll give you five to go away". I was so insulted I left and will never return. You don't know anything about me. All I wanted was what was rightfully mine. I don't want your pity. Nor is that a good way to conduct business. He did not apologize didn't even care. I am shocked that this is how you run your business treating and scamming people like scum. Your staff messed up. Own up to it.
