Party City

Excellent selection of party items. You can plan and decorate for any event. My one stop party shop. Would give 5 stars if they had more than one register open on a busy Saturday.

Fantastic! I had to cancel my daughter's birthday party today because of weather (an ice storm in April?!). When I called and told them that I wouldn't be able to pick up the balloons I ordered and paid for they said they would redo the balloons next week when i rescheduled the party. Free of charge! I know they already blew up the balloons so doing this, they would be at a loss!! Great customer service because I will tell people and will definitely be using them again.

Good stuff to throw a regular party but if you want something more fancy or trendy for decorations always look up for Micheals store, this place is more average.

We have shopped here a few times for party favors. They have a lot of party related things like loot bag items, decorations and 100s of types of balloons. It isn't the cheapest place to go but when your kid is obsessed with the idea of a pokemon party and you can't find what you want at the dollar store this might be the place that will have it in Brantford.

Party City in Brantford.Well most of the staff look miserable.Not sure if they are but thats how they look.I have bought the bundled balloons from this location the last 3 times I needed them.Im not sure whats wrong with their balloons...maybe poor quality however the first time I bought from here one of the specialty balloons lost its air by the time I got home.Second time at least 5 of the 10 lost their helium by about day 3?I was just there again for my daughters birthday party in April.I bought them Saturday night for the following day.ALL BUT 1...lost all their helium.She had no balloons for her party.I wont go back to them again.Ive told them this more then once.Dont waste your money....go somewhere else.
