Party City

Lots of selection.The staff is courteous and helpful. the location and hours are good. We could use another location in the bramalea area (bramalea city centre) or some where near. I bought some things at Party City.

Staff was less helpful. I have spent over $150 here for my son's birthday party, I would have spent some more if they would have answered my questions. Their approach to the customers was like ' buy if you want to or go away, just don't bother us.' They are 'Party City' !!! They should be proactive, enthusiastic and customer friendly.

We went there to get balloons for a surprise event. Was my first time at party city and didn't know about the store . The girl at the balloon counter was exceptionally rude and just kept asking us to go to the cashier for every question we asked. To top it off she didn't suggest we get bags for the balloons and it was a very windy day. I had asked for bags and the cashier told me I had to get back in line and pay for two plastic bags while we spent hundreds at their store . Never going back to this store again. Poor customer service and attitude !
