Party City

Rudest, slowest most indifferent staff I’ve ever seen. To few employees. Not enough people on cash. I asked an employee on the floor for help with balloons and he looked at me like I was insane and said to wait in the huge line up at cash to ask a cashier which I did only to be told to go back and look for what I needed in an aisle. Seriously management and the whole staff should be replaced by competent people who can at least fake that they care about their job. And maybe hire a few extra people while you are at it. I worked retail for 10 years and I’ve never seen such a badly run store. I seriously wish I could find someone at the head office who gives a damn so I could complain to them. It’s clear the manager doesn’t. Also I called to ask if something was in stock and the person who answered outright lied to me about it and I only found out because I took the chance to go there and look anyway. She obviously just couldn’t be bothered checking to see if they had it so just lied and said there was no way to check and they probably didn’t. Seriously I can not go on enough about how bad the employees are

Rude service at balloon counter. For some reason balloons from this location deflate after less than a day. Balloons from competitors in the area last much longer. Mylar balloons are also always under inflated as well. Go to “Party Mart” or “wow what a deal” instead for balloons.

Large selection of party decorations and gift items. Great place to stock up for kids birthday parties. Prices are fairly reasonable.

Selection is very good, you'll find everything you need here for any budget. 2 stars for huge lineups. Cashiers (only 2) overloaded and couldn't help us find everything we needed. Went somewhere else.

One star for huge lineups and two miserable and rude cashiers. First in a black scarf, second with dark hair tied in some kind of hair bun. Somebody please give them a proper customer service training, or just hire someone who would be happy to be there.
