Party City

Only 2 cashiers working on a busy Saturday morning. Lined up for almost half an hour to purchase balloons, which took another 40 minutes to be filled. The delay due to volume, I can understand as a MANAGEMENT issue (you need more employees working). What is not acceptable is the quality of their balloons. Order filled and completed at 12:30 pm. By 4:30 pm (which is 4 hours later), 2 of the 10 helium-filled balloons had completely deflated. By 9 pm, most of them were deflated, or at least not floating anymore. POOR VALUE. Although the balloons are cheap, they don't last. Next time, I'll go elsewhere to pay more for balloons that will last longer (they should last at least 24 hours!!!) (Side reference: I've gotten helium balloons before that have lasted up to 5 days)

A great party store with a big variety of things, from costumes to party supplies, from candy bags to very specific items. The staff is very helpful and know where everything is and have no trouble to be of assistance. They had everything I needed and I didn't need to go to another store.

Wow. Was here to do a return just now and Im simply impressed by the service. Ive usually had pretty good experiences at this location but today the guy on cash was arrogant, throwing stuff, and giving me attitude. I hope he’s a temp and I dont have to deal with him again!

More like rip off city They practice bait, switch prices on shelf on similar items lower than at cash register. One cashier expert in overcharging, and manager complicit. sneaky dickie

Came in to get some supplies for a party and was amazed at the level of service provided and the great help from Deena getting me setup with everything I need!
