If I could I would give them no stars. Worst customer service!!! Order three items, never showed up called them to give me my refund have been on the phone with them every second day since Oct 19, 2017. Still no refund, customer service keeps telling me that they have no answer from their financial department. Every damn week it’s the same answer. I’m so frustrated and don’t know what more I can do. It’s not a matter of 10$ it’s 96$ we are talking about.

Completely useless customer service - expedited delivery was supposed to be here yesterday now it's not coming until after Halloween, will not refund my shipping and keep trying to offer me half off shipping on an item that has no use to me due to their bungling of the order processing which sat in their warehouse for 72 hours before it found its way to UPS. Truly awful experience and now my son is sans outfit. if you need something get it elsewhere, they are unable to manage their demand and are unwilling to take responsibility.

Terrible customer service. Ordered costumes, want to exchange since sizing was wrong, emailed 4 times no response, called over 10 times and no one has ever picked up the phone line... Very sad!

We put the wrong unit number on the order, and when we called to find out how we could rectify the situation, the company told us that they ship through TNT and we can call them. I asked for a reference number, and was given a number. When I called TNT, they said that the number needs to be 9 digits. I called Costume Supercentre back and waited another 1 hour to be given reference numbers that made absolutely no sense because when I called TNT back they had no way to track our order. I get that we made an error with the unit number, but they make it very difficult to find any resolution. First off on the site it says "shipping from Ontario" so we thought it was shipping from Canada. The address even says Concord. But it ships all the way from the states, and when you call, that is where you are calling. My daughter's birthday party is tomorrow, and she will not have her costume....thanks Costume SuperStore
