Great selection. Very understanding customer service. I purchased a foil balloon that had a leak (did not notice till I got home as it was in the trunk of the car). Brought it back the following day with receipt and they replaced it no questions asked.

Great merchandise selection. On the negative side, the wait time at the cashier is long. They have 5 cash registers but typically only one or two is open. Best is to shop during weekdays.

I had the great chance to speak with Natalee over the phone, who was professional and friendly. I felt like she really went above and beyond for my inquiries. There was a long delay on the phone, due to the busy nature of Halloween - however she was so polite and helpful the entire time that I felt well looked after even though they were clearly busy. They also waited until I got into the store minutes before closing, and were still able to help me with my purchase. Thanks for the great service!
