Party City

My daughter recently visited Party City Vaughan and had a terrible experience with 'Zeldia' the manager. My daughter and her friends had purchased helium balloons for their prom in Burlington and drove up to Vaughan 2 days prior to event to decorate the venue and went into the Party City Vaughan location solely to get the balloons filled with helium; the Burlington branch confirmed they could do this. I believe they had some issue presenting the full receipt; had they called the Burlington office, staff there would have confirmed that they had told the girls they could do this. However the manger "Zeldia" was completely unwilling to assist in any way and was down right rude. I called the store after my daughter had told me how rude the manager was and immediately understood that i was going to get nowhere with the hostile lady "Zeldia" who answered the phone. I urge Party City to be mindful that "the customer is always right" and that these young girls were excited preparing for what was for them a big event and that Party City needs to exercise more caution in their hiring!

Huge selection of party essentials that are more expensive than the dollar store and seem to be better quality as well. Great selection of balloons as well.

Has all of the party supplies you could need. I always get my helium balloon numbers here for my friends birthdays and a lot of my cake tools! Great service and prices are reasonable!

Good place, extense variety of party supplies. Some items are a little bit expensives.

The low rating to this store is due to an incredible mistake they made on arranging the surprise reveal party of my pregnant niece. They were given a sealed envelope with the sex of the baby and everything was prepared in time except that the wrong sex color of balloons were set up. My pregnant niece , her husband and their toddler all celebrated the new baby to come with friends and family, just to learn the next day that the sex of the baby was different while opening their copy of Doctor's documents. The attendant who prepared the balloons insisted on keeping the receipt of transaction.
