Top notch personal service without a single grudge on the face. She checked the system, walked the isles for alternatives and physically checked the back room just incase the system numbers didn’t match the actual. She is a star and have the ability to do more. Keep her happy please. Her name is Thusanthy. However, the place did seem understaffed for a weekend BUT the staff did work with sense of care and urgency.

They certainly seem to have so many things stocked up but I guess I was expecting it to have more party decor/ packaging stuff.

Anything you need for any party for any age, and they have it. Wish I knew about this place before our wedding.

I called in to ask about ordering balloons. The person I spoke to said they only had one zero balloon left and that he can't reserve my order. If I wanted it I'd have to go in and order it. When I went in, it turns out they had more than 10 zero balloons in stock - I didn't need to worry at all. They also weren't even willing to acknowledge that this happened and apologize. Went completely ignored.

I have never been treated so badly in a retail store nor I have seen a group of retail reps so disorganized. Very very very poor customer service. I waited for 20 minutes for my costume (it was 9 pm! not mid-day on a Saturday) to come out and finally after asking 5 people to help me I was told it was out of stock. (Last year was the same thing -- everything was out of stock.) The rep getting the packages from the back put away a whole box of returned items before serving customers. No one would help me. And when I complained to the lady at the cash (after spending $70), she was rude and shoved my $70 bag worth of purchases towards me without a thank you. A simple "sorry you had a bad experience" would have helped. Train your staff or don't hire people who do not know how to treat people properly. It's not that hard to be respectful! **UPDATE** Management actually called me to apologize which was really appreciated. In addition, they offered to pay for my purchase.
