I love this store. They always have what I'm looking for. Sometime what I'm looking for is on the top shelf at 60 feet up but staff are always quick to help.
A few extra attendants at the check out to move things along quicker will get you star #5.

Has everything you'll need. Great selection. Order balloons at least a day in advance, it's the busiest part of the store. Friendly staff, not as crowded in new location as previous one. Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible. Centrally located.

Would have given 2-stars for the weak service from the first employee but the second was more than decent.
I was searching for a specific party theme items. The line cash register line up was about 6 deep with 2 on cash, not bad. Found an employee on the floor standing in an aisle she seemed to be a supervisor since the others where hustling around doing work.
She seemed very annoyed with me asking of if they had the theme I was looking for saying it's out of season and nothing was left. She lead me to a random corner and stormed off. However bumped into another supervisor type, asked the same question and received a totally different response. He very enthusiastically lead me to a section set up with the specific theme.
By the time I got what I needed the line up was about 15 deep with still only two on cash. By the time it got to 5 in line then they added other registers. So annoying.

The service I received at the balloon service desk was fantastic, only grace they're receiving for this review, otherwise they would've gotten a 1. I tried calling ahead of time to set up an order as I'm handicapped and do not own a wheelchair and they said it's not part of their store policy, which is ridiculous. Then when I went in with the assistance of my husband, I find that although they have handicap parking spots, the curb doesn't even curve down, you have to hobble overtop it, then they store is so large (which is great for people who can walk) and don't have anything to assist people who need it, and they only have 1 singular chair in the entire store, and when I was waiting in line to check out, there was someone who came in the opposite end of the line and was helped first, when you can obviously see me in a cast with crutches next in line!! Just ridiculous. Not handicap friendly at all!!!

Extremely unhappy with my experience at this store; first of all, prices are unreasonably high. Second of all, the wait time- oh my the wait time. 6 registers but only one person at the register- the line up was incredibly long but 1 person was filling up balloons while the other person was at cash. The wait time to purchase my one item? 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon to purchase one item. This is because while people are purchasing items, they are also placing orders at check out- what an incredibly inefficient process! I counted two separate customers who got frustrated and left their items in the aisle because it was taking so long.
Finally when I get to the cashier, he asks for my name and email address- information I did not want to provide. Then asks would I like to donate to the boys and girls club- after half and hour in line, I just wanted to purchase my item and get the heck out of there. I said no- the cashier says “wow, that was an affirmative no”-excuse me? What does that even mean? I hate when stores ask me to donate to their causes, majority of the time all the funds do not even go to the charity and it’s truly not their business where I want to donate my money. I told the cashier I really did not want to spend any more time as I just waited for a half an hour in line- he finally apologized and said yes sorry, we are short staffed.
Terrible experience overall and would not recommend.
