Great selection. Always my first stop before any party planning. I just bought a helium tank that doesn't work. Will be returning it. Will let you know how their return policy is. So for now, 3 stars

Staff is used as slaves. We all think the slaves days are over but thats anything but true in some of the retail stores we shop at. So before we ever complain about having to wait. Take a look at the size of the store, and the amount of stuff in the store, and extremely under staffed. People/customers you and me walk into these stores just imagine if one person takes 2 things and puts them in random places where it does not belong, x 200 people?!?! They are already under staffed and then having to pick up after careless customers ALL day and get yelled at from top management because the store is in bad shape, and customers want everything at the drop of a dime. This is abuse at every level. I give one star because of the way top management runs the store, the staff and even some mangers are abused all day long. I would give 5+ stars for the poor staff.

The layout of the store is nice and easy so you can usually find what you're looking for fairly easy. So many little trinkets and fun prizes or cheap toys for kids even if you aren't throwing a party. They are very accommodating ordering balloons ahead of time.

Great place to find different theme decorations for parties. Great customer service.

Wow. A party planners dream come true. Everything imaginable to make your party a beautifully themed party. I was impressed.
