Unfriendly customer service!!! They have a strict NO REFUND policy. I purchased clip in extensions (100% New Futura Fiber) that claims it can be curled with a curling iron. It did not curl... when I contacted the store the woman I spoke with told me "your curling iron is either to hot or to cold" and that is why the hair will not curl. I even asked at what temperature the iron should be set to and the woman said "just turn it up or down". That makes absolutely no sense at all and it did not curl at any temperatures attempted. As a business you should not falsely advertise products and should give a full refund for a product that does not work (as stated on packaging).
