Kay, the owner, was an amazing help as I picked out my first wig. After problems arose with the wig while overseas. Kay made me a brand new wig at no cost, making sure this one was perfect. She made sure my experience went smoothly and I was comfortable. Even dying the first wig multiple times to make sure I got the exact color. She was always available for me to pop in and ask questions about the wig as this is the first time I've worn one. She showed me how to wash it and got me set up with everything I needed. I would highly recommend Eleve' and will be a customer for life.
