I traveled from Newport News to try this store out because the stores in Va. Beach and Newport News were not very helpful to me.I have very thinning hair and it was time to transition to an every day wig. As a last resort I went here to give them a try. I am so glad I did. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. They were very polite and answered all my question ( believe me there were many) I did finally make a purchase and I am very satisfied and I feel great in my new hair!! Thank you so much . I am sorry I didn't catch the name of the woman who runs the wig department, I was very nervous; however the entire staff were quite helpful. I will keep returning for future purchases

Need more reds in every style but other than that. I love getting hair/ hair products from there.
