My experience today was horrible. I went into the store to purchase a lace closure. Not only was I not able to feel and touch the closure they were very rude about not opening it. I have not ever been told I couldn't touch or feel what I was buying especially something such as a closure. I just wanted to detect the quality of the lace. The owner kept saying picture only. What? All in all I just would like to know what I'm purchasing.
