This place is amazing! Everything from the food, to the atmosphere, to the staff, all amazing. I came here a lot under the old management and I loved it. With the new management it is still amazing. The owners even gave us a bottle of sake as a Christmas present! What i’m trying to say is that this is an amazing restaurant, and in my opinion, the best restaurant in miles!

Excellent Service and Delicious Food! Owner and staff are personable and make for a fun experience. I recently tried the Dragon Ferrari roll, ridiculously massive, yet entirely too delicious to ever forget. Thank you Hanakawa for a great experience, we will be back!

Great food and service. The hibatchi grill service was like other nationally-know competitors, but the waiters were very good. They always were checking up on our party but never over-done Would recommend this to others.

Great food, good alternative and quite a bit cheaper than the bigger place down in Vernon Hills. Excellent Zombie Mai tai!

This restaurant is DELICIOUS! We picked it based off of location and online reviews. They were so attentive and sweet! The salmon melted in my mouth! The hot tea is really yummy too. I highly recommend you chow down here!!
