Very rude and funny and scam artists.
They told me that my products that they fully used and we're broken then didn't want to take them back.
This was my first purchase was Hallmarks then I got a $5 reward they refuse to give me the reward back towards another purchase and told me I just lost the $5.
That's just bad business it's a felony they got my $5 coupon credit towards their store.
Very bad business practice and very rude staff.
