Sassafrass Gifts

My family and I have bought 8 decorative stars from this shop. They were some what ridiculously priced, but we enjoyed this store so we continued to buy from them. One star recently bought for a Christmas Gift was ripped when we opened it so we called the store. I'm not sure who the lady was but she was terribly rude. Continued to say we ripped the star so she essentially can't provide a refund or exchange. Wouldn't even consider the fact that the star actually came ripped when we opened it. I was expecting excellent customer service in the sense that she would say bring it and we will replace it for you. Instead gave me a hard time saying it was unlikely because she had to "inspect it" first. It's a 45 minute drive from our house so making a trip is not easy.
