Helpful staff and great Harbor Freight pricing. Harbor Freight is excellent for those specialty tools you don't use every day, but NEED once and a while. Great, clean store!

The cashier's are always very friendly & helpful. I buy my plastic storage boxes for crafts & they are perfect for beads & Diamond Dots.

Tried them for the first time in 20 years. Good selection of product, was able to find a trailer tire mount, tarp, and a tool I probably don't need but it was so cheap!

This store has several newer employees. The service has improved dramatically. The general manager is always out on the floor either assisting customers or working a register, and she always greets customers as they walk in the door. Haven't seen that kind of leadership in years. Their Quinn and Doyle lines are more than sufficient for the homeowner. I would still avoid the Pittsburgh China tools. The Pittsburgh Pro Taiwan are ok. Lately they've been raising their prices. And the 30% off coupons of old are non-existent. But if you're looking to save a few bucks over buying Channelock, Doyle is a fair substitute, given the money saved.

Good deal at Hardware store if you don’t need to go to a Big Box home improvement store

They used to be a great place to buy stuff. Prices went up and their coupons have disappeared and the current deal aren't as good as they used to be. Their membership club isn't as good as it used to be. The deals they give you are just a couple off so isn't not worth it as it used to be

Good place to shop. Good service. Good prices.
