Have to change my review unfortunately. I did like going here to support a small/local business, until I discovered that they are dishonest. I bought some overly priced silicone caulk, $17 only $12 at Lowe’s. But, when I got home I realized it was expired so I brought it back and the manager thanked me and said how sorry they were and that he would go back and check all of the other ones and make sure that no one else gets expired caulk. Then I show up today two days later to purchase some thing else from them in the same aisle and there it is, that expired caulk, I know it was the same one because there was only one left when I bought it. So he just lied to me and put it right back on the shelf, with no care that another customer would get an expired product. Unfortunately cannot shop here any longer I will be taking my business to Lowe’s, which my pocketbook will thank me as well. Makes you think, if they are going to lie about something like that, what other inferior or broken products are they trying to sell to other honest customers. I will also add it would be nice if they could tell the children they have working upfront to stay off their phones. Every time you go in they’re just buried in their phone. Wouldn’t have any problem with that before but now that I am aware that they are dishonest might as well let everyone know everything that’s poor about the store other than high prices and dishonesty.

Good to have a neighborhood hardware store even though typically they priced higher but the convenience & time paid for itself, very friendly and knowledgeable staffs.

Neighborhood store where you receive a friendly greeting when you walk in the door and a "How can I help you today?" So refreshing! Prices good and excellent customer service. Everything you need for home and yard maintenance and more. Support this business! We need more like this!

Great old-school neighborhood hardware store with repair services and people who can help you find a part or solve a problem! They stock so much, love the parts and hardware drawers. I have been going there for 26 years. Good prices, good honest repair services.

Sometimes the big box stores are just to big and impersonal. A local hardware store like Zettler Hardware has the experienced staff and can quickly lead you to the right selection.

They do not honor the price posted on their products, be careful, the guy named as the manager , he said is very disrespectful and rude , is not my problem if your staff a day before tell me one price that is in the product hanging in your wall, and the next day this guy refuse to sell me the product in the price marked.
