In November 2019 I purchased a stove and a refrigerator along with a Lowe’s protection plan warranty within that time. My refrigerator has now broken twice. I have had my refrigerator serviced this year in September 2022. My refrigerator stopped working again on Thanksgiving November 24, 2022. I’ve continued to call and contact Lowe’s Protection Plan for support where they have continued to tell me that someone will contact me in one to two business day’s by phone or email. I’ve been in contact with the Lowe’s Protection Plan and have gone through all of the proper channels that they have recommended or suggested and mandated under the protection plan and now they are telling me that my plan was canceled, that I canceled it and then they turned around and retracted that statement and stated that the local store canceled it. I’ve gone to the store twice I’ve called the store twice and talk to a manager by the name of William for assistance with no avail. I’ve tried to call today December 28 at 4:30 PM, spoke with the Assistant Manager, Amanda who was disrespectful, inconsiderate and rude, they did not listen and with no support or successful conclusion to my problem. I’ve tried to reach back out to the local store by phone previously, and the phone just rang several times before I was abruptly placed on hold with no communication whatsoever. When I tried to call the Lowe’s customer care line, it indicated to me that there is a one and a half hour wait time. This is not how I expected to spend my holidays or to be treated as a human who expects the words customer service to be valued and appreciated. There is no additional phone number there’s no other means to connect with anyone except for to call this protection plan number that is supported by Lowe’s. I was told that I was eligible for a replacement on December 5, 2022 and a refund and now they have continue to deflect from those statements. I have several claim numbers from where my claim first began when I made my very first initial call and spoke with Lisa on November 25 at 3:44 PM that claim number is 22566657 again I really just want this to be over. I deserve to be refunded in full and to receive compensation for pain and suffering and additional food replacement. They made an error when I initially purchased my refrigerator and gave me a totally different refrigerator in the beginning and made all these promises that I would not have any issues and as of the past month I have experienced nothing but poor customer service. They have continued to cause me and my family, pain, stress, and suffering. The Lowe’s Protection Plan is a scam, their service is Unreliable and unsupported poor customer service with a failure to support the protection plans that they say, are honored and loyal to their customers. If a star rating was not required, my selection would have been zero stars!
Better with James! Recently moved into the area and have gone to all 3 home improvement stores. Sorry to say Lowe's, although closest I have had a hard time finding anyone to help me in your store...until I found James. I was doing a plumbing repair and had only a little clue of what I was doing. James promptly greeted me when he saw me and asked if I needed help. He was able to tell me exactly what I needed and a few tips on how to do it. I will be sure to come back on the nights when he is working. A lot of your employees will let customers walk by without even saying hello. It's not a very friendly place, but...it's definitely better with James!! :
DO NOT GET FENCING INSTALLED WITH LOWE’S!!! We went through Lowe’s Store 265 for our fencing installation foolishly because they were running a promotion on their financing and they worked with the city for the permit. Save yourself the absolute headache and just don’t trust them to take care of it. After the store rep sold us and charged us for the fence, ALL communication stopped. When the installers did show up, Lowe’s had ordered the wrong fence gate. The installers who were WONDERFUL, RE Connors told us that it was no big deal and they would contact Lowe’s to order the correct gate. It’s now been MONTHS. No calls or updates from Lowe’s. When we called the 800 #, they said that the correct gate was never even ordered AFTER Lowe’s knew about the issue. Terrible customer service and follow up. I even emailed the contact who sold us our fence directly with no response. Update: the correct fence apparently came in 3 months after the fence was installed, 4 months after it was ordered and it’s damaged. What an absolute JOKE. Save yourself the headache.
The staff here were very helpful even though I caught them on their phones. They stopped what they were doing and were very customer friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again. I also do believe that I know the store manager and he's an awesome guy too. Hi Nick!
This location does not update their online inventory. They will list items as in stock when they are in fact sold out. When you ask them to update their inventory, they will not even ask what the item was but will also assure you they will fix the error…so a lot of talk and no actual thoughtfulness for customer experience. The staff at the location are very nice. But if you value your time and the ability to check online and know that your items will be available in store, shop elsewhere. This location is very unreliable. Writing this review to save you time because The Morse Crossing location will not.
Never EVER go through Lowe’s to get your appliances delivered or installed… the amount of hoops I’ve had to jump through to get decent service makes me feel like I’m in training to be in the circus. We ordered a suite of kitchen appliances in the middle of August. It is now OCTOBER and our issues haven’t even been resolved. I’ve been on countless back and forth phone calls with this store, Bennett home services also, NEVER again and Lowe’s customer service. Each person I spoke to told me different things. There’s no form of successful communication. We were told our dishwasher was ready for us in the store and I was playing phone tag with the installer for over a week and they canceled/ghosted me without me knowing. I had to talk to 3 people to get that sorted. When they finally scheduled, they found out they couldn’t deliver it because it was damaged. No problem, these things happen. I had to be refunded and “repurchase” the dishwasher. I was told it was on the truck for the following day… 3 days later, without a peep, I called and there apparently was no dishwasher connected to my account… somehow I got all of that sorted out and the guy came to install it… but wait…THERE’S MORE!!! The installation went great. Deep breath. We finally have everything here. No more dealing with Lowe’s…SIKE! We no longer had hot water coming from our kitchen sink. To which Lowe’s replied that it couldn’t possibly have been their fault. 5 phone calls later and they’ve all given us DIY solutions to try to fix their problem ourselves and still have yet to do anything about it. I’m so done with this nonsense.
The Lowe's seem to have limited staff when I went to return an item because it took a long time. The checkout line was also long. The employees in the aisles were helpful at least to help find things in the store.
Literally just sat it in the home decor section for over 45 minutes waiting on help. Looking to get blinds for my new home I’ve already had a measurement appointment. Just looking to get everything finalized. Other employees paged for them FIVE different times and nobody comes. Be prepared to waste your time at this location.
Went after plumbing parts didn't have what I needed and the employee seemed to act like he had no clue what I was talking about. Had the part in my hand. Have been the 2 time's prior to this visit and same thing happened.
Love this place.. everyone was super helpful I was looking for a special tool, I couldn’t find it but the help I received from everyone was priceless Recommended.
