Very friendly very helpful very clean store highly recommend to go there to find beautiful things and all of there stuff is new or slightly used but even the used things are in excellent condition
Justin was great! Much better than the experience we had a few months ago so request Justin if you need something installed.
The employees where very helpful delivery duo where very nice and kind , but the bed I got out from there that I finally received last week I believe , is extremely uncomfortable I have slept on it about 2 times what can I do , because the price I would say is fair the customer service was great the bed is just to uncomfortable I have only slept on it 2 times if say since I got it last week , I need some kind of help because I don't mind giving it back but I do mind paying for something I'm not even using and is taking to much space I been in my new apartment sleeping on the couch while my king size mattress is in the bed room

The wonderful year's I've spent renting from Aaron's. The staff were very friendly, kind and respectful. Worked well with my Son and I on any occasions that may had occurred. Will always come back and select items that suits are needs. Thank you Aaron's for your time and support .
Extremely frustrating that no one can read or respond to a simple email. My account was supposed to be transferred over to the Mansfield branch weeks ago. It doesn't really seem like a me problem that the Columbus store doesn't want to drive to Mansfield to pick up my mattress when they wouldn't have to had they just done what they said they would do. Also, you have an address and a time of when someone is available for you to go pick it up. Stop calling me during my work hours, my phone speaker is broken ant I cannot pick up the phone. All of this was pretty much stated in the email that no one bothered to read.
I just called because I thought I was going to have to return my item as things are really tight right now especially with Christmas around the corner. Not sure who I talked to but he helped me with a plan to be able to keep my item. I didn't even know that was an option so I truly appreciate the help I received!
I have been dealing with Aaron's for yrs. NEVER had a problem with them till recently. Everytime I call about my furniture that is currently messed up that I'm still paying on they always till me someone would contact me but I have yet to hear anything from anyone. I been dealing with this problem since December. I spoke with the manager and told him I wanted my furniture switch out since they taking so long to fix it . He did allow me to switch it out, However The furniture that they bought me was worse then the one I had. I'm really tired of paying for furniture that is messed up. It's crazy how if you late on payment they call you right away to get there money but they can't call you to fix stuff. I have furniture that I have paid off now that I told them needed to be fix way before it was paid off and still nothing. I know covid has been a problem but they got to do better. I refuse to keep paying for stuff that is broken. I really hate that I had to write this review because I have been a good customer with them for yrs
These folks were beyond nice to me and set me up for a washer and dryer and a monthly payment plan. Just great service and a helpful plan for very little that even helps me with car issues and more. If you were to lose your job they will pay up to 4 payments for you, give you some time....
I placed an online order on 4/28 and they took a payment immediately. Next day they cancelled my order because my roommate placed an order a few hours after I did. They have yet to refund my payment. Customer service says 10 business days. What if I said here’s my payment but it will take 10 business days to clear. They would be irate and want their merchandise back. I have gotten nothing but the run around about everything. I am glad my money isn’t going to Aaron’s ever. If this is how you do business then I want no part of it.
