I have to say I'm impressed with this company. They really try and work with the customers to make sure they're needs are met. I'm on my second chair with them now and I highly recommend anyone checking these guys out first for your next office furniture !
It is awesome to see that customer service still exists. I needed a big & tall desk chair for my home office. Susan went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed within my budget. I couldn't be happier with the chair and the service.
Excellent customer!! They allowed me to find the chair perfect for me and gave me a great deal on an amazing chair!! Ecspecially compared to the loud squeaky one I got from Amazon!! Definitely worth the trip and the money!
I've only delivered product there so I'm not very familiar with their business, however their receiving personel was very helpful and were also working at a respectable pace, they had me in and out in no time.
I purchased a stand-up desk for my home office from The Bradley Company last week and it was a great experience. Andrew and the rest of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find the desk that was perfect for my needs. I ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday. The delivery guys were right on time and very friendly, too. I will definitely shop here again!
Came for a chair. I wasn't sure if a random person from the street should come but they were very nice when we entered and were able to try lots of chairs and took one home the same day. I got a Hermon Miller chair for half price of retail!
My husband went the night before and was treated so well. We went in the next day to test drive some more chairs, and everyone we interacted with was so nice! We left with two brand new chairs that are so comfortable, and a desk being delivered in two days. I am so happy and comfortable, and so is my husband!
