I had an amazing experience at CLS, as soon as I walked in I was treated like family. A family-owned business that is a great company and provides quality furniture at great prices. I was in need of a new couch and was guided to a great couch that fits my apartment perfectly. George assisted me in the process and that guy needs a raise. He did a great job, I would absolutely go back for any other mattress/ furniture needs. 10/10 wonderful experience.

I had the best experience shopping at CLS Direct and will henceforth be using them for all of my furniture needs! To begin, the shopping process was smooth and easy. I came into the store knowing what I wanted, thanks to their easy-to-navigate website. I consulted with Evan and George, who showed me the product and rang me up in about 10 minutes - the whole process was effective, while also remaining incredibly friendly! The couch itself is wonderful. I have used it everyday, multiple times a day, for the past 2 months and it still looks brand new. However, that's not to say it isn't comfortable - it is, and I have fallen victim to many naps on the couch. My cat has taken to using it as his personal scratching pad, but you can't even tell - there are no scuff markets or stray pieces of fabric. This couch was worth every penny. Despite this couch being my favorite piece of furniture in my apartment, it's not my favorite takeaway from my experience with CLS - that would be the customer service. I am still impressed by the kindness and knowledge that Evan and George showed me when I entered the showroom. I'm looking forward to shopping here again!

I came back because I like supporting local business, I bought my bed frame from CLS a few years ago and referred my sister there when she needed a couch. Both times were good experiences. However, I went in looking for a mattress this past Friday and had the worst experience. The guy that greeted me asked for the social media ad I saw with the on sale mattress I had come to consider. I told him it was an 8" hybrid. He mentioned having 6" up to 12" spring mattress as he went to look at some boxes. I said I was looking for a hybrid and he rudely told me the hybrid had both springs and foam. I let that go as he seemed pretty young and new to selling. Then he proceeded to ask a total of 3 times if the mattress was for me as he wanted to upsell to 12" because I'm not a small person. Again, RUDE. Then I mentioned I wanted an 8 because I was going to just put it on top on my current mattress. The look on his face told me I was the stupidest person he had ever encountered. I called him out on it and asked for an explanation. After telling me, "well the mattress won't work right" lamest explanation I've ever heard I just left. Maybe that's why the lady in there before me also left without purchasing anything?

WOW! I can't say enough about my experience with CLS Direct. It was nothing short of incredible. The couch delivered to my apartment was done seamlessly and is the perfect addition and is beyond comfortable. Will definitely be going back to CLS!

Happy with our cabinets but not the customer service. The crown molding came in damaged so they ordered new, 7 months later can't get anyone to return my calls. Still no crown molding. Mike was the sales person. I call, text and email him once a month. Never get a response. I call the office and they say they will get ahold of him, still never get a response. Very frustrated. Wish someone would call me back and at least give me updates. At this point I would just like a refund.

Amazing experience shopping for a new mattress! Scott was really attentive and really made the buying experience so seamless. I never thought I'd recommend a furniture place, but this one is absolutely top notch. Great prices and friendly staff! Will be back for more

I recently purchased a bed frame from CLS and it looks amazing and is great quality. I worked with George and he was very helpful and gave great recommendations.
