Loutfi is the man. Appreciate his time, effort and knowledge. Initially I was pretty stressed out trying to decide what to get but Loutfi helped me through the process and really wanted what was best for me. It was easy! Much appreciated..thank you so much!

The sales person is so rude, when asked for price of a bed which was mentioned as headboard price on the paper, he just said its written in plain simple english. As if we did not know. Moreover there were no more customers out there, just to deal with us with one question, you behave that rude…. totally not acceptable. Btw liked the bed, but did not want to go with it just because of that situation and his attitude.

This is my 2nd purchase here. My kids are grown up and also purchase their furniture here. The quality of their merchandise is high, long lasting and the staff is phenomenal. I never have or never will shop for my furniture anywhere else. If you need long lasting great quality furniture I recommend Rooms for Less. They are the BEST!!!

avoid this place and all their hidden fees. you end up paying double. not a place of ethics. will also be reporting to the attorney general

I would love to be able to review the furniture, but unfortunately I still haven't received it. When I ordered my furniture on July 3rd 2020 I was given an estimate of 4-6 weeks. The salesperson actually told me it might be less than that. It's now been over 12 weeks, and I've had to call in multiple times just to get a "we'll try to find out for you" answer. If I hadn't called in, I'd still have no update whatsoever. I understand that delays happen, but they need to be communicated to the customer. EDIT: Ryan in tracking has been very helpful in providing me concrete dates and updates. Much friendlier and more professional than those in-store. UPDATE: After over 3 months I *finally* received my furniture. I'd like to note that they did not call me to schedule a delivery date; this came after I called them yet again for an update. On a positive note, the couch is comfortable and stylish and was affordable. The living room table set I got is also great. I just wish that the people in the store had been better at communicating updates and friendlier when I'd called in.

Wow! I'm blown away with there deals and assortment and can't believe I've never been there before when I pass by weekly! Beautiful and cheap! Way cheap for quality and variety. Nice people! You will definitely find what ur looking for honestly for less

Love this place for furniture and mattresses. Great cost and wonderful people. Mo is awesome along with the other employees. They let you shop on your own but let you know that they are there if you have any questions or need help. I don't like to walk into places and have someone up my but trying to make a sale. Would recommend getting warranties on everything. The leg on our couch pushed back and they asked for pictures......then brought a new one out with no questions asked. Highly recommend!

I brought a lovely Michael Amini living room collection. The day of delivery the delivery staff was rude as hell....messed up my front door and claimed they could not get it into my home. The next day a new crew was able to place the furniture in 10 mins. I noted a cracked frame that was covered up after they left. I did a video and took pics of the damage. I went back to the Morse Rd. location and spoke with Ahmed Mokhtar. Stay away from him, he is a liar and unprofessional. I still have the furniture, but not one person has been to access the damage. Don't spend your hard earned money with them!!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere please. Only reason I gave one star is to post my comment, otherwise 0 stars.

I recently purchased a recliner at the Morse Road location. I was looking for a specific style/color that would fit my apartment needs as well as furniture that my high energy dog would not destroy. The staff was extremely patient and understanding of my requests. They were able to find a piece with the exact specifications I was looking for AND the price was fantastic!!!!! I highly recommend Rooms For Less for your furniture needs. Thank you for the beautiful and extremely comfortable recliner.
