On Tuesday, February 13, 2017 I ordered 2 double sliders at happy hour and it took 2 minutes to receive my order. When I checked my sliders they were cold and the be cheese was not melted.

Extremely slow service for a place that only had approximately 4 already waited on customers in it. Our order was taken immediately upon arrival, woman was friendly, however we then had to wait approximately 15 - 20 minutes for our order. Meanwhile, service people took orders from new customers and other co-workers (approximately 15 in all) who all arrived after my sister and I had placed our orders. We both ordered a 3 pc Chicken Tender with Onion Rings. I added a coke with mine. While we waited on our order, everyone of those other customers placed their orders and received them as well! They didn't even start making our orders until we had been there for about 10 minutes! We finally got our food to go and left. The chicken was very good, the onion rings could have cooked for another minute or two, they were tolerable but nothing to write home about! Very bland tasting and my coke was watered down. While we were waiting, I couldn't help but notice that the restaurant as a whole was filthy, trash was everywhere. While we waited, my sister used the restroom and upon return informed me that it was nasty and didn't look or smell like it had been cleaned in several days. This was all a total shock - my family has visited this Hardee's ever since it originally opened in Greenville, MS! We have NEVER seen it in the condition that it was today! NOR have we ever received the inferior food or service that we did today! We were extremely disappointed and will not be returning! In the event that your corporation does such a thing, PLEASE DO NOT give us coupons for our next visit as there will not be one and that would be tantamount to adding insult to injury! Good Bye!

I ordered a cheeseburger and it was hard around the edges. The one waited on you was nice but the cook were rude.
