Hardee's

There was only one person working and jt took us a while to get our food. Other than that it was delish.

Always great service here. The staff is so friendly, however it seems they are understaffed and the wait times are very long. The food is very fresh and very good every time I have gone. If more staff was avalible it would be worth it to go more often, however the long wait times make me not want to visit often.

Went through the drive through and the service was horrible. The drive through employee really needs a lesson in customer service - he wasn't friendly when we ordered, we drove up and paid, and waited what felt like a long time (the lot and drive through we're empty, so they weren't busy). When our food was "ready" Daniel have us our food without a word. Or order was wrong, the lettuce on the chicken sandwich was completely brown and old, and all the sandwiches we're hard (obviously microwavd). They were rude when we went in to correct the order, and then when returning the food for a refund.

Hit and miss. Have gone and had great service, other times they forgot fries when the only thing ordered was chicken tenders and fries....

It sucks.everytime I go there my food is hard.know its been sitting under the heat lamp.what ever happen to nice fresh cook food.you wont get it at hardees
