I thought this place was AMAZING. We had soup, salad, 4 sandwiches. The bread was amazing, the food tastes like fresh ingredients (lettuce, meat) and lots of flavor. They got our food to us within 10-15 minutes. This is my first time here and I will return here again maybe even the next two days since I am here all weekend...
Now as to some of the previous comments..... you had to wait 15-20 min.... come on that's nothing. Do you want quality or quantity? I agree 45 min is a little extreme, but for me the food taste is worth the wait.... recommendations for the company.... if your running behind let the customer know. Online.... make sure ya have a pick up time.... if you placed your order and its 5-6pm.... I'm betting this place is packed so I'd expect to wait.... I know the employees didn't just come to work today just for me and I am, and always will be, a quality over quantity person and I LOVED this place

Love this place. Food is always good and they have healthy options. Giving 4 stars because there is usually a decent wait, even when ordering ahead online.

The ingredients in the food tasted fresh, and the tomato soup was very good. It took a bit long for my food to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The clerk (presumably the manager) was incredibly rude to his kitchen staff outwardly in front of customers. Disappointing. If you are going to be loud, be friendly.

This is our go to place when we visit Fargo. The best sandwich in town! The guys are the best in the kitchen sorry girls you don't use as much care.

After placing an online order, I walked into the store and had to wait for an additional 15 - 20 minutes to get my 2 sandwiches. The 3 girls working tonight (Feb 10th, 2018) really need to be retrained in customer service and time management. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and the service was slow. The girls talked behind the counter like no customers were around. I heard cursing and foul langerage (not that I care, but there could have been children present). My food was left sitting in a bag on the counter for over 5 minutes- nobody grabbed it, I had to point to it before anyone even noticed that it was ready. Nobody apologized for the wait. When I got home, I discovered that they had overcharged me for extra protein AND put cheese on my sandwich, after I ordered it without. I have a dairy allergy, so I was completely disappointed. It was a horrible encounter. I have been a faithful customer for years, but I won’t be coming back. Take your business elsewhere, the staff here clearly doesn’t care about customers or food allergies.
