Kobe's | Japanese Cuisine

My family has gone to Kobe’s many times and never had a issue. Tonight on the other hand was HORRIBLE! We waited a hour before they started cooking our food. When the chef finally came out, they threw everything on the grill at once. He then realized he had the order wrong resulting in a majority of our food being over cooked to the point that they had to go get NEW food to cook. This happened THREE times!! This service was so bad that two people, separate from our party, got up and walked out on their lobster meal. We had members of our party getting food after we all had finished and the server kept putting all the blame on the chef, yet he was no where to be found the majority of the night. I had to go up to the bar to get refills for the members of our group. After speaking to a “manager” she stated she would give us a discount. ($15 off a $150 meal) After I stated that this wasn’t right as two PEOPLE got up and left without paying a dime due to horrible service she stated that’s all she can do. She said her manager was odd tonight. Well she went to go talk to another man (who I assume was the manager) so I walked over and he wouldn’t talk to me. They never made it right. We were there from 5:45 to 8:30. I won’t recommend this establishment to any family, friends, or aquantences ever again.

Wonderful, wonderful! The chef, Owen was fabulous. The food so very, very nummy! Also, so very, very fun to eat there. It is also very entertaining! Had Mother's Day meal there and loved it!

Very great server and Hibachi artist the night we were there! 1/2 price wine and sushi on Wednesdays isn't too bad of a deal either! Will be going back. Hostess was not as friendly, thus one star deduction.

Prices are a little high but damn good food and service. Recommended if you love sushi and hibachi.
