Power Plate Meals

I have been getting meals here for over a year now. The staff have always been extremely pleasant and the meals are really good. From a nutritional perspective, they do a phenomenal job of making well balanced, high protein meals. And they taste amazing. My only recommendation would be to have the breakfast menu expanded, they are amazing.

I have been hearing about these guys for a long time and finally dropped in last week. I tried 5 different meals and the cookies. They we're all delicious! Super filling! I don't remember her name but the gal who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. She said she just got promoted and transfered to the area. Glad she was! Thank you guys for helping me stay on track with your tasty options.

The attendant was super friendly and gave me a full walkthrough for my first time being there. I tried my first meal (cashew chicken) and it was really good! Prices per meal are $7-8.50

Very healthy meals that you just microwave for 2 minutes. A nice variety with the selections changing every two weeks.
