Always great fast service at drive thru. Jessica is the best!

Just left the establishment on hwy 69 south. Ordered a 5$ meal and had to wait 15 minutes to receive it. Never was offered a receipt and then was brushed off when I asked about my order. VERY rude

Food was prepared fresh. Cashier was friendly. Shift manager was walking through the restaurant dining area and back of house arguing with employees over her drive thru headset. Did she not realize with the headset she didnt have to yell? She seemed in need of mental medication. Shake machine was not working because they were out of cup lids?
