Silver Coin Indian Grill

A great tasting buffet. I have eaten it many times. I think of it more in terms of 4.5 stars to me The food quality is just fine - they have enough variety & deliciousness on the buffet for me every time. I like the spice level, I like the pickled spiced carrot/jalapeno stuff, Naan is great too. Service is usually pretty good. I must say, ambiance-related, this place is pretty tired as it looks largely like it looked 10 years ago. I would love to see it spiffed up & slightly altered/updated.

Good service. Owner is good about accommodating you. Great food. Good vegetarian options.

Super nice staff, and probably the best food in the area until you hit Saws or Hattie B's. No joke, if you don't like it, your tongue doesn't work.

This has been my favorite Indian restaurant in Birmingham! The food is always delicious and there is hardly ever any wait time for a table. Their buffet is great also!

I have been here a dozen times now, and it is contistently excellent. Every dish, every dessert, the breads and sauces -- all of it. Service is always friendly.
