Harley-Davidson of Jonesboro

I walked in and nobody’s there to talk which isn’t a big deal honestly. Then a lady with the name Cara comes to show me bikes I do not know if she is sales person or not but but she seems to be acting in a very weird way. Unlock the handlebars and put keys in her pocket? I asked for keys to start and she hurried to the left and held the clutch before I could start the bike I said it’s in “N” and she responds “oh I just do it ANYWAY to make sure it’s not going anywhere” That’s pretty weird stuff, at least to me. I’ve been to other dealerships and people don’t act like that.MAYBE I NEED TO GROW A BEARD ;) And when I’m ready to leave she wants to know my phone and email and this and that. IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT. You Can’t advertise FREEDOM and hold the clutch LOL.... I’m not buying freedom, at least not from this lady 🤪

Garrett in the service department is cool as a fan. Very honest and the only other person than myself I let touch my bike.

Great helpful staff, good prices on merchandise compared to other dealers, good selection.
