Service with a smile from these folks! Equipment is clean, well serviced, and extremely well kept. Service staff takes the time to explain how to operate the equipment safely and seem very knowledgeable on their products. Organization is well ran and the entire rental process is a breeze. Highly recommend!

Stopped here for a quick run into town for ice cream, dock attendant said no problem when we told her we would be there an hour or less. After parking what appears to be the boss comes out and asked us what we needed, said we were parking to go get ice cream. He told us we can't do that. We told him that the other attended just said it was ok. He responded, "well she doesn't know everything." Told us if we ate the marina ice cream it's the same as the other shop we like it would be OK to stay there. (Different suppliers so that's not true.) Told me to go park somewhere else, so I untied and decided to NEVER deal with him again when I am in Harrison.

Great time on the lake thanks to HIWA. Staff was friendly and everything seemed well organized. Loved the Jetovator. Will be coming back.
