I took a late night bus from here to New York. I had a bit of a wait given that I had just missed my bus. I was able to relax and work on my laptop while waiting. The lady at the counter was helpful to passengers which was good as I noticed there were a lot of other foreigners some of whom cannot even speak English. The bus driver was kind enough to let me ride the bus even though my ticket was  for an earlier bus. Departure was timely and I had a nice ride.

Very nice...although the bus was 30 late to New York...the bus driver was great and the ride very comfortable

Staff was friendly and able to answer all questions. Didn't have any issues boarding and what not when I was here.
