Harvey House Bed & Breakfast

My fiance booked the Chalet room for a weekend getaway and we could not be happier with our stay. The owner thought of every convenience to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious with a cozy bed and sheets. The fireplace added to the quaint feel of our room. Luxury bath products and towels were also available for our use. The house is within a 20 minute walk of downtown Oak Park and discounts are available at several restaurants for guests of Harvey House. And don't forget the breakfast, absolutely incredible. We absolutely thrilled with our stay and we already plan on staying again in the future!

Best true Bed & Breakfast in town if not in the country! Not a hotel as categorized by Google but a traditional high end Bed & Breakfast from before the craze. Most wonderful hostess, incredible breakfast, beautiful rooms, exquisite attention to details, super convenient location, the perfect combination for a memorable stay. No wonder it is booked all the time and people want to come back.

What a stay! I and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon two weeks ago. It was the most warm, inviting, and personable a B&B can get. Beth, the owner, met us at the door and gave us a tour of the amenities and floors. She was very friendly and made us feel like we were at home. On top of that, the room was furnished with everything we needed. We ordered chocolate covered strawberries and wine for our room, but encountered plain chocolates instead. We told her we preferred a non-alcoholic drink and Beth actually drove out to buy us some. No hotel would ever do that! The next morning, we were late for breakfast and Beth offered to make breakfast for us anyway and have it catered to our room free of charge. We agreed. It was one of the best breakfasts. Finally, I accidentally left my wedding ring behind in the room and she texted to tell us that it was there. 6 STARS for exceptional service and gracious offerings. I recommend Harvey House for EVERYONE!

Luxurious with attentive and very helpful staff. Breakfasts were fantastic with many options. Would highly recommend.

So welcoming and warm! We only stayed for one night, but wish that we had stayed a few more.
