The owners are very accommodating! This was our first bed and breakfast experience and we could not have been more pleased. We spent most of our two days in the room and believe every review about the beds! They are amazing!  They reached out before our visit to make sure we didn't need anything additional to enhance our stay! Anything we needed Kim or Tom was there! My next stay is Chicago will be here!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. Loved the experience and the price was reasonable, it even included street parking. The owners are friendly and the interior design is top notch for the price.

We had a great experience at the Sono! The McBrides are so welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are clean and comfy and the coffee they serve in the morning is fantastic! I highly recommend the The Sono to anyone visiting Chicago.

If I could give more stars I would. This is a beautiful place located in Old Town with lots to do within walking distance. The room and guest areas were remarkably clean and cozy. To better the already welcoming atmosphere Tom and Kim, the owners, communicated well, were accommodating, and made basic necessities available without even asking! Truly a wonderful experience as a place to stay for my fiance's birthday. Price is definitely worth it. A+++
