Whoever is in charge here is always rude. Stop being so condescending & work on helping your customers understand your services. My family is full of mechanics and I've never been talked down to this bad. There's a million other oil change places in Charlotte, definitely recommend going somewhere else; support a small business instead!

The fact that I had to move lanes just so two other people could go in front of me. This was my 1st oil change since I purchased my vehicle. I never thought it to be as much as they changed. The price changed from the time I pulled up until the time I was actually serviced while I was waiting 33 minutes later. The guy MOE sucks at life had me doing all this extra changes decided he wasn't going to service my vehicle which is why I ended up in a different lane. He actually finished a vehicle, got another one in, and waited until the person in my lane was finished before he had them pull up to him totally 8 additional minutes. Just to have two newbies complete it. Riley was friendly though he didn't ask all the questions. I'll never go back here again. Customer service Sucks. But that's who pays you... The customer right??? Total time 57 minutes

Big shout out to the service technician who changed the driver side low beam headlight on my daughter's Jetta on 10/10/23 afternoon. I live out town. I usually check the car when it's home, but last week I didn't see that light was out until she had to go back to CLT, and I didn't have time to fix it. After reading the reviews, I sent her to this location with new lights bought in CLT. Huge thanks to whoever did the change out quickly and w/o a crazy up sell. As her father, I feel reassured she is traveling with two working low beams again. Great work and I appreciate it!

The Manager was rude and condescending. He was insulting and demeaning and insisted on showing me the bill first before the services to ask me if I was going to pay. After I questioned it he refused me service and asked the staff to stop. The workers were friendly and said he always does that to African Americans. I've been here many times before but I am done. Went to get my wife's car inspected after every other place I called was on a wait. Got in and out in a hurry. I was surprised on how little time it took.

Top of the line quality. Friendly hardworking employees. Fast white glove service. I never leave reviews but this place was worth the review.

They were quick, knowledgeable & had us in & out in moments. Brovo! We were in a bind & they took us in immediately on Christmas Eve. Had we not had their assistance we would of most likely not made it home for Christmas. They saved our holiday. Thank you so much fellas & keep up the amazing job that each of you do.

Crew very layed back and knowledgeable of customers needs .. They started my Sunday off right. I was given a discount off my services without prodding or begging, the crew showed me the old filters taken out and the replacement of new ones. I'll definitely be back.

I was so impressed with the service I received today. Julius was the BEST! Julius kept me informed through the entire process along with his recommendations on filters I needed to replace. My man changed my windshield wiper so fast that I didn't realize he was done. I came in being all spacey because I didn't have any coffee and he was so polite.
