Thank You again for the wonderful massage. I found the location easily. John was an awesome greater. Masseuse Akiko was very pleasant; her pressure was nice and she was mindful of what I wanted from my massage. In my case it was to relax after a long stretch of work, and rejuvenate to take on the rest of my life I’ll be back again.

My experience at Hawaii Natural Therapy was one of the best massage experiences I've had. The only thing that I would improve is the availability of parking spots around the building, but that's just what happens in a big city! The massage therapists were fantastic and helped me feel much more relaxed. Unfortunately, I had some wounds on my arm after an encounter with a barnacle haha, but the massage therapist was very careful and gentle around my arm. The front desk provided fruit, cookies, and tea, which was very nice! Everyone was very welcoming here.

A big thank you to my massage therapist, Ivana, for working your magic! Her warm welcoming energy along with obvious skill and expertise left me feeling renewed after my hour massage. Major props to her for also working extra hard to get my knots out! The staff here could not be more friendly and positive. I have been here a few times already but look forward to coming back :

My partner and I had the most amazing couples massage experience a few days ago! We made the appointments a few days earlier, which is highly recommended, as covid precautions are slowly being relaxed on the islands. Willimina and Paul were masseuse magicians and had us completely relaxed after our 90-minute combination massages in the Maui room! The person sitting up front to welcome us in was very kind and smiley as well! All in all, would highly recommend a trip here for relaxation on another level!

I just tried to book an appointment with them based on modalities and other ailments that I have. I sent over some information about my range of motion and other injuries I’ve had just so the massage therapist was aware. He told the front desk to call me because he didn’t want to “mess anything up”. In fact, they didn’t even try to refer me to another massage therapist. I have never been turned away by an MT. They would always recommend something for me based on my injuries or they would refer me to another MT at their practice. I just found that the situation was unprofessional. Troy, the front desk clerk, was polite and kind. Very understanding. But Paul Wescott, seemed very unconfident and unwilling to help. I really really wanted to get this and I was wanting a monthly membership and wanted to book a birthday party as well. But after this experience, I will not be doing anything of the sort. I hope everyone else experience will be or was better than mine.

My massage from Keola was one the best I’ve ever had. So knowledgeable and a total pro. The studio is super clean and everyone there is helpful and kind. I’ll be back.

It has taken me a long time to find a therapist that I will return to again and again. I have been doing to Hawaii Natural Therapy for several years now, and plan to continue. They really listen and I feel valued as a client.

Had a great couples massage here. Front desk was really nice, gave out snacks and had a nice atmosphere. A nice oasis from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu

Best massage I've gotten in my life. Akiko was so lovely. I highly recommend the Lomi Lomi massage experience. We are on our honeymoon and it was well worth the price.

I've had alot alot alot of massages and this place was amazing mimi was the greatest. I have a bad left arm and she started from my neck and loosened everything, thru my shoulder, down the arm, dug into my elbow and my arm is better!! I'm going back for more. Great massage
