Serenity and Massage

Weird place. Came for a “couple’s massage” as I found a coupon. They put us into separate rooms. The room I was in was quite bare and there wasn’t any deliberate sense of “serenity” at all incense, soft music, etc. The massage was okay. I asked my partner about his experience, as it was his first massage ever and actually the one thing he wanted to do while we were in Honolulu, and he said it was just okay and nothing special. Very sad. I wanted him to have a stellar and soothing experience. 3-stars for his “okay” experience.

The CEO informed me that "We have notes on you" bc I tried to cancel an appointment bc of illness. After being a great tipping customer for over a year I didn't need to listen to the whole business plan BS .buyer beware. Membership is a rip off.

Beautiful and tranquil spa. Very friendly staff and one of the best massages I've ever had! Excellent!

Fraud Charges on cancellation, please watch for this place i had booked for a massage appointment, and cancelled later, they charged my credit card for cancellation without my notification, after telling them my doctor has stopped me to go for a massage, what a company which is just behind looting people not giving them good service.
