Honolulu Cryotherapy

DO NOT do business here. The owner is unprofessional and rude. I booked an appointment online this morning for a service that wasn't even available! I get a text half hour before my appointment that they are still waiting for the delivery of liquid nitrogen to arrive. I live in Kapolei, I'm leaving more than a half hour before my appointment to get there on time! Who I presumed to be the owner told me that he sent me a text ahead of time...A HALF HOUR ONLY while I was already on my way. I asked him why make the service available to book online if the service isn't available?? He could've easily blocked it out or not taken appointments for that service until it was available. He said there was no appointments made before he went to bed so be still made it available to book even though the service itself was not. He basically blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for making a service available that wasn't. It would have been nice to have been offered some type of compensation fr this inconvenience bit of course none was offered. It's not often I have a terrible experience for a service that I wasn't even serviced for. UPDATE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: he still thinks that a 30 minute notice is adequate time to notify someone of a service not being available and takes no responsibility whatsoever. The owner should be more on top of things and take responsibility when they messed up. Yes, the owner did offer me something complimentary that I did not go there for and a SPECIFIED cryo treatment also which I did not go there for. Not an actual complimentary full treatment for messing up. This is like making a hair appointment but when you get there they have no babrers but want to offer you some other complimentary treatment that is irrelevant to what you went there for.

This place is the best!!! Victor is so fun, professional, and informed. He also has great massage therapists too. I highly reccomend coming here for a nice retreat.

Super Human Health is a rare find in Hawaii! Victor was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He helped me understand which services would be most beneficial for me. I had a wonderful experience and will be back again.

I've enjoyed cryotherapy and Normatec compression therapy at Honolulu Cryotherapy a number of times, though "enjoy" vastly understates my experiences. Cryo both energizes me and soothes my soul, creating a distinct, pleasurable buzz. Normatec brings welcome relief to my ancient legs. Superb personal service, too: thanks, Ryan and Eric, for making me feel special!

Had a great first experience, definitely helped with recovery! Will be back for sure!
